Your suggestion of the CRM is excellent (I use HighriseHQ), and I think that I &quot;assumed&quot; she was using one - because everyone does, right?

One of the features of the Kanban system is that it brings the backlog into focus, allowing for prioritization and other management concepts. My own backlog is enormous, but it doesn&#039;t scare me any more.</description>
